Laboratory Classification Unit The Laboratory classifying unit consists of a complete classifying system, which has a dosing screw, one dynamic classifier，one static classifier and one filter followed by a high pressure fan. The laboratory classifying unit can be used not only for classifying test, but also for classification of highly value-added products, such as metal powder, toners and chemicals. The cut point ranges from D97 3μm - 75μm. Furthermore, by one step of classification this laboratory classification unit can achieve products of special particle size distribution. The laboratory classification unit is made of stainless steel and easy to be cleaned. Sturdy structure ensures long service life.
