Jumbo Classifiers
In the construction industry, the application of industrial solid waste treatment equipment has achieved remarkable results. They have played a significant role not only in urban renewal projects, where a large amount of solid waste is transformed into recycled aggregates and powder for the production of new building materials, but also promote rural development. Fly ash, slags, construction waste and tailings from concentrators are the major recycled materials. The effectiveness of solid waste recycling not only improves the efficiency of construction waste management and achieves the recycling of resources but also eliminate the environmental impact to the industrial cities. Our BSC series of jumbo classifiers are designed just aiming at this target. It is an extension of our DCC dynamic classifiers.
The jumbo classifier has the following advantages:
- large throughput from 30t-200t/h
- the fineness of the product is adjustable from D97 25-200µm.
- it can be used for classification of cement additives, fine cement, coating material, mineral fillers, construction waste, water filtration material ...etc.
The features:
· The feeding device has two ways for option: to feed from tubes at the top of the classifier by gravitational principle or to feed pneumatically from the bottom of the classifier.
· For large throughput the basket separators have double channel for fines outlet
· Optimized sealing between rotating basket and classifier top achieves clear cut point.
· Primary and secondary air inlet via guide vanes for efficient dispersion and classification.
· Easy adjustment of cut point via variation of the rotating basket sped with frequency converter.
· The drive station is driven by belt drive or by using gears depending on the motor sizes.
· Robust construction and hard material ensure long time of service.
