Because of their high hardness and irregular form, the ground products are very aggressive. The classifier wheel as well as the inner parts are badly damaged in a short time. To solve this problem, we have developed a kind of static classifier. It has neither rotor nor motor. The optimal design reduces the strong impact of the mass flow to the inner parts of the classifier. Owing to absence of moving parts and well protected with PU and ceramic tiles it keeps long serving life. Moreover, this classifier is easy to repair since there is no rotor. It is not necessary to send it back to the factory and maintenance can be done on site.
