The air flow carrying the product into the dust filer chamber where filter bags with cages are fixed on the head plate. Apart from the coated woven bags, the other filter materials are optional according to the product property and the working conditions as well. The functional components are working perfectly and releasing clean air controlled with a timer or PLC in electrical control cabinet. The dust is collected and falling into the cone where it got discharged. The dust emission is in line with the standard issued by the local authorities.

The features:
- The top part of the jet filter has the functional parts, such as pressure reservoir, solenoid valves, pipes and nozzles, head plate…etc.
- In the middle part there are the filter bags and cages with venturi which are fixed on the head plate.
- In the lower part there are two openings, one is an inlet for the mass flow and the other for discharging the product.
- The blowing air is controlled with a timer or by PLC in the control cabinet cleaning the filter bags by interval.
- The housing of the jet filter is sturdily constructed with reinforcement bars to stand high pressure.
