The first modernized ultra-fine calcium carbonate plant in China
In the year of 1999 we delivered the first modernized ultrafine calcium carbonate production line with annual capacity of 30 000t of D97 10 µm product to a company In Sichuan province of China. The IVA Industrieberatung GmbH of Germany made the plant design and part of the equipment was provided by us (Shanghai IVA). The features of dust-free environment, consistent high quality and automatic operation arose the interest of the GCC producers in China. Our GCC production line offered a good solution for industrialized production of calcium carbonate fillers, which resolved the disputes how to realize industrialized production of GCC filters.The Chinese Non-Metallic Mineral Association convened twice on-site seminar to promote our technplogy. We are proud of our contribution.
